D5200 is noise from ISO 100 up to 3200 ISO only very slightly better than when the D5100, ISO 6400, the D5100 is before then. The D5200 has a greater loss of precision of image as the D5100 and their advantage with regard to the 24 MP could play only D5200 ISO 100 and the weather.

Improvement of the treatment of the camera. The thumb is a little 'practice '. In addition, there are now an additional button (e.g. creating photo single frame/serial) on top of the housing. Some menu items in camera menus (functions) have been extended. Because the video is pretty important to me, I have not tried. The manufacture is absolutely identical to the high D5100-so! Now both cross-point sensors in relation to the D7000 viewfinder is indicated and there is therefore no small "red dots". However the new autofocus could not really convince me. Despite the significantly longer cross-type sensors / ranges, I found slightly more convincing when results the D5100! I found very good, the new series selector switch on the back of the device (very good pressure point, the d7000 took over).

Due to 24MP resulting extremely large image files. When the D5100, a file size of about 4, 5 MB and a RAW file, a JPEG image has a size of about 14 MB. When the D5200 a dimension of about 8 MB and a RAW file, a JPEG image has a size of 3 MB, 22. On a 32 GB card is therefore (RAW + JPEG FINE) when images D5100 945 and the 612 D5200 photos, 32 GB are almost mandatory. Forgetting is impossible, moreover, that the transfer of data to a PC (in spite of the very fast 95 MB/s) due to the large amount of data takes a lot of time. In regards to the continuous shooting speed I could not really noticed a difference :)
